Hello and welcome to the official Grilled Skewer website. We are the first Vietnamese restaurant in Denver that serves authentic favorites, making them fast, healthy and unique. Our skewers are traditionally handmade and offered in chicken, beef and pork. These skewers are marinated with authentic spices found in Vietnam. We offer our skewers in our feature item, the Rice or Noodle bowl. If you love Vietnamese or have never tried it, this is as authentic as it gets. Our family came to America in 1975. After fleeing from our native country, we felt that it was important to preserve a piece of our Vietnamese heritage. We would love to invite everyone to experience our culture and share with us some of our delectible dishes.
